Phillips Development Strategies
Patrick L. Phillips recently stepped down after eight years as the Global Chief Executive Officer of the Urban Land Institute, a global nonprofit research and education organization. Under his leadership, ULI’s program of work grew to encompass a variety of economic, demographic, societal, and environmental issues that are reshaping urban development worldwide. Patrick’s career in the economic analysis of real estate and land use spans over 25 years. Prior to his service at ULI, he was President of ERA AECOM (formerly Economics Research Associates), focused on the planning and analysis of complex mixed-use development projects for developers, investors, cities, and institutions.
