Esther Margulies is a member of the faculty in the Master of Landscape Architecture + Urbanism program at the University of Southern California. She is a founding leader of the USC Center for Sustainability Solutions. In 2017 she co-authored a social and environmental justice analysis of parks in the City of Los Angeles with the Rand Corporation. Her recent seminars have addressed health impacts and tactical urbanism strategies exploring mitigation and adaptation strategies for urban wildfires, air, noise, soil and water pollution. Esther is a practicing landscape architect focused on urban projects in the public realm.
