Deb Guenther is a design partner and landscape architect at Mithun, an integrated design firm with offices in Seattle, San Francisco and Los Angeles. Working with disinvested communities to use resilience investments as a social justice tool is the goal of many current projects, such as San Francisco's Resilient by Design challenge, Tacoma's waterfront and Seattle Public Utility's work in the Delridge neighborhood. She serves on the board of Ecodistricts and as a board emeritus of the Landscape Architecture Foundation. In 2010 Deb was awarded the American Society of Landscape Architect’s President’s Medal for her work on sustainability and SITES.
