Brett Milligan, ASLA- Brett Milligan is professor of landscape architecture and environmental design at the University of California, Davis. He is a founding member of the Dredge Research Collaborative and the director of Metamorphic Landscapes, a design research lab prototyping adaptation to conditions of accelerated climatic and environmental change. The lab’s project-based research focuses on floodplains, urbanized deltas, estuaries and the dynamic interface between land and water. Prior to working in California Brett practiced landscape architecture in the Pacific Northwest, completing national award-winning projects in sustainable water infrastructure, dam removal and brownfield redevelopment.
