Corey Glaser specializes in the design, evaluation and repair of building envelope systems. He has experience with a variety of materials and systems including brick, concrete, EIFS, punched windows, curtain walls, and various roofing, waterproofing, and weather barrier products.
Mr. Glaser has provided building envelope consulting services to architects, contractors, and owners for new construction projects as well as design and construction period services for several repair and rehabilitation projects. His previous projects include facade evaluations, facade repairs and restorations, field testing, moisture infiltration investigations, and hygrothermal analysis of building envelope assemblies.
Mr. Glaser is an active member of several professional organizations including IIBEC (formerly RCI) and ASTM (Technical Committee E06). For IIBEC, Mr. Glaser is a representative member of the Emerging Professionals Committee. As part of the ASTM E06.55 Subcommittee (Performance of Building Enclosures) he has an active role on the Task Force for Building Enclosure Commissiong (BECx) in revising and updating ASTM E2813 and E2947.
