Before graduating with her masters in 2018, Maanvi worked with INTACH on heritage inventories, condition assessments and measured drawings in India for a few years. She self-tailored her master's at the University of Florida with science courses while orienting herself into topics of primary research. Maanvi was the US/ICOMOS International Exchange Scholar from India in 2015 and an APT Student Scholar and the Martin Weaver Scholarship recipient in 2018. Currently working in New Delhi and in Kashmir, Maanvi’s goal is to find and learn the balance of technical conservation practice: something in between letting go and freezing buildings in time.
