Rob Kesack is a recent graduate of the Historic Preservation Program at Columbia University. With experience in computer science and technical photography, he recently worked, at La Casa de Pilatos, a 15th-century Andalusian palace, to evaluate a range of digital recording systems. Output generated from the project’s raw datasets was used to conceive conservation and interpretation proposals for the site. His interest in digital heritage documentation stems from participation in several workshops and field schools. Rob interned for both The Providence Preservation Society and The Garden Conservancy and has organized a conservation field school at Woodlawn Cemetery, in New York City.
