Registration for APICES is FREE to all endodontic resident members of the AAE! The registration link will be available through your member portal and posted on July 1. If you have difficulties logging in, contact AAE staff at email@example.com or 800-872-3636. Be sure to register before capacity is reached!
Registration may be refunded, less a processing fee, if the AAE receives notification of the cancellation by August 9, 2019. Refunds for APICES will not be granted after August 9, 2019.
Friday and Saturday accommodations for APICES are free! All APICES attendees will be staying at the Hilton Chicago. During the registration process, you will provide your preferred roommate or request a private room (at a charge). You do not have to coordinate your own reservation at the hotel unless you are extending your stay. The AAE will not provide or coordinate logistics for additional nights at the hotel. All meals and sessions will take place at the Hilton Chicago.
Hotel confirmations, including roommate assignments will be emailed by August 16. Roommate changes will not be permitted onsite. For an additional charge, you can select a private hotel room during the registration process. Private room requests will not be accepted after July 31.
To assist with the cost of travel, a travel reimbursement of up to $200 is offered. A travel stipend form will be available following the meeting and must be submitted with travel receipts. Reimbursement will not occur until your attendance at the meeting is confirmed following your check-in at the registration desk onsite.
All attendees should plan to arrive on Friday, August 23. Registration opens at 11 a.m., the exhibit hall will be open at 1 p.m., and programming begins at 3 p.m. O'Hare International Airport (ORD) and Chicago Midway International Airport (MDW) are served by most major airlines.
Taxis, ride sharing and shuttle services are available from both airports. The airports' websites offer more information on transportation options.
