Dr. Tania Bubb, PhD, RN CIC, FAPIC is currently the Director of Infection Control at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in NY. She has been an Infection Preventionist for 14 years at major academic medical centers. She has served on her APIC chapter board of directors, chaired the APIC Professional Development Committee, served on the Editorial Review Board of the American Journal of Infection Control and APIC’s Practice Resource Editorial Panel. She is currently on the APIC board of directors. Dr. Bubb has presented at local and national APIC events as well as other conferences and have authored publications related to the field of infection prevention and control, including the APIC Professional Practice Standards.
Dr. Bubb received her Bachelor and Master of Science Degrees in Nursing from City University of New York Herbert H. Lehman College and her Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Nursing from New York University.
