Eman Chami, MHA, CIC is the Manager of Infection Prevention & Control (IP&C) at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. She has worked with the department for the past seven years and is Board Certified in Infection Control (CIC). Eman is passionate about the field of Infection Prevention and works on many process improvements projects within the department. Eman has presented at National APIC previously, sharing research on Hand Hygiene projects as well as High-Level Disinfection & Sterilization. Most recently, Eman has expanded her scope from not only managing the Infection Prevention & Control Department in Detroit, but consulting on an IP&C Program at a newly built hospital in the Middle-East.
