Director, Infection Prevention Program
Megan Crosser is the Infection Prevention Program Director at Banner Del Webb Medical Center just outside of Phoenix, Arizona. She has been in infection prevention since 2010 and is Certified in Infection Control. In her role as director, she leads a team in a 400 bed acute care center that serves a variety of populations to include: behavioral health, women and infants services, emergency services and recently acquired an outpatient oncology service line. Megan earned her Bachelors of Science in 2005 and Masters of Public Health in 2010. She is actively involved in her local APIC chapter, recently serving a 2 year role on APIC's Prevention Strategist Editorial Committee. She serves as the Infection Prevention subject matter expert for the Arizona State Dept of Health HAI Advisory Committee. Outside of work, Megan spends her time with her husband and two young children.
