Leslie has spent the past 25-years at Fallon Community Health Plan in Massachusetts where she most recently served as the Vice President of Clinical Programs and Pharmacy within the Care Services Division, which encompasses Pharmacy Services, Clinical Case Management, Clinical Integration and Physician Integration.
During her tenure at FCHP, Leslie successfully directed the health plan’s change of Pharmacy Benefit Managers and developed clear guidelines for a drug formulary that was responsive to both member needs and industry costs. Leslie left FCHP with an industry-leading rate for use of safe and cost-effective generic drugs in the country. Leslie chaired the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee, which had oversight of all pharmacy policies and clinical criteria management. Leslie has given numerous lectures on many current topics in her field. She is currently on the faculty of the John Meyers Primary Care Institute Managed Care Residency Program in Worcester, Massachusetts, and has taught many courses at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, Massachusetts College of Pharmacy, and Northeastern University School of Pharmacy, Boston. Over the years, Leslie has been active in research and writing, and has served on the editorial board of several journals, including the Journal of Managed Care Pharmacy and the American Journal of Integrated Healthcare. Leslie served on the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy Legislative Committee and is past chair of the committee. She is also on the Massachusetts Medicaid Drug Utilization Review Board. Leslie received her doctorate of pharmacy from Northeastern University, Graduate School of Pharmacy and Allied Health Professions, and her B.S. in pharmacy from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy.
