Dr. Elizabeth Oyekan, PharmD, FCSHP, CPHQ, is the senior director of Quality & Population Health Solutions at Precision Value & Health.
She is a strategic partner and health care executive operating at the intersection of clinical quality, healthcare operations, hospital operations, strategic planning & execution, and pharmacy strategy. She brings more than 2 decades of managed care experience and leadership in improving patient health outcomes, operational effectiveness, strategic improvements in HEDIS, NCQA, and CMS Star quality measures, and operational financial expertise. At Precision, her areas of leadership and expertise include biosimilars, cardiovascular disease, oncology, women’s health, infectious diseases, health care policies, and IDN strategic insights and solutions for payers and life science organizations.
In all her roles, Oyekan has been dedicated to contributing to delivering on the Quad Aim – better health for members, patients, and the communities we serve, better service & care for each patient, better & more effective costs per capita, supported by the most effective team members.
In 2015, Dr. Oyekan was awarded the Most Powerful and Influential Women Award presented by the Colorado Diversity Council for her contributions.
A California & Colorado resident for over 30 years, Dr. Oyekan earned her Doctorate in Pharmacy Degree from the University of Southern California, completed her administrative and clinical residency at Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center, and graduated from the executive leadership program at Harvard University.
Dr. Oyekan is a member of the National Association of Health Services Executives, Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy, National Association of Healthcare Quality, and the Care Management Society of America and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Denver Hospice. She is an active member of the community, has served on many Boards, and is involved in medical missions locally & internationally as well as community youth orchestras.
