This session will provide an update on the changes to the 340B program and discuss payers and stakeholder perspectives on the changing 340B landscape. Faculty will explore how key stakeholders are responding to the changes, what types of strategies, tactics and tools are being adopted to address 340B induced revenue gaps, and technology or digital services leveraged to promote transparency in the drug discount program.

At the completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

1. Understand the changes in the evolution of the 340B program since the enactment of the Affordable Care Act and the recent legislative changes.
2. Discuss impact of the 340B legislative changes on payers and health systems.
3. Identify strategies, tactics, and tools payers and health systems have adopted to address 340B induced revenue gaps across the continuum of care.
