Francis has over 33 years' experience in the areas of health services research, psychology, human factors, quality control and marketing research. He is currently a senior analyst at Walgreens, specializing in research on health outcomes, informatics, analysis and reporting for provided specialty pharmacy services, and related innovations across Walgreens corporate business units. Francis received a doctorate in Psychology from Rutgers University in 1991, and has been a part-time faculty adjunct member at colleges and universities in New Jersey, New York and Illinois for 54 psychology related courses. He has contributed presentations to 40 conventions, as well as to 36 published book reviews or entries, government reports, and journal articles. Within businesses, he has completed over 80 large scale market segmentation model projects, and contributed to numerous business case studies.
