The loss of a child is an emotionally devastating life experience for any parent or family. Despite 21st century healthcare, advanced technologies and prosperous economic status, the U.S. still ranks below other countries in Infant Mortality. To tackle this issue, State of Ohio is working with Accenture to apply robust analytic technologies to better analyze large data sets and gain valuable insights across the entire health and human services spectrum. This session will discuss how this first-of-its-kind project provides a rich, 360-degree view of the population at risk by cataloguing information from 33 critical data sets from across multiple – and traditionally siloed – health, behavioral and social programs. Panelists will describe how this information provides leaders with actionable and operational intelligence to help them propose tailored, hyper-targeted interventions that will improve outcomes around the State.
