Workforce and Leadership Development
Communicating our program’s value for audiences outside our own four walls is a critical skill often overlooked in the busyness of getting the work done. In this hands-on working session participants will be asked to bring anything they’d like to communicate more clearly – block grant executive summaries, program evaluations, fact sheets, etc. – and then spend time using a value proposition statement tool to help them articulate their Title V/MCH value and impact from the perspective of the end user. Participants will get feedback on their work from peers and walk away with a completed product. Come learn to articulate the value of your work, for yourself and for your partners!
