Treeby Williamson Brown is the Branch Chief for Integrated Services in the Division of Services for Children with Special Health Needs in the Health Resources and Services Administration’s (HRSA) Maternal and Child Health Bureau (MCHB) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Prior to joining federal service in 2016, Treeby worked at the Association of Maternal and Child Health Programs (AMCHP) for more than twenty years, most recently as the Associate Director for Child and Adolescent Health. Much of her work at AMCHP focused on children with special health care needs. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Legislative Analyst for the Governor of North Carolina and as a Press Secretary and Legislative Assistant for a member of the U.S. House of Representatives. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Davidson College and a Masters of Arts in Public Policy from Duke University.
