Ms. Dymond is a graduate of the University of Washington where she earned her BA degree in Public Communications, with a focus on Research in 1987. She has over 6 years of experience working in elementary special education, specializing in Autism Spectrum Disorders and has an affinity for this community. She also has 2+ experience in Medicaid and social service analyzing regulatory requirements & eligibility and 20+ years in the public sector as a former business owner, trainer and account manager. As the Autism Grant Coordinator, Jean-Marie brings a unique combination of experience to successfully collaborate with grant partners, parents and self-advocates, providers, cross sector organizations and other state agencies to achieve the goals for the grant and the best outcomes for children and youth, their parents, caregivers and providers.
