Sarah Cox works as a Supervisor in the Children and Youth with Special Health Needs Program at the Minnesota Department of Health where she coordinates Title V MCH Block Grant CYSHN efforts, including assessments, priority setting, and program planning. Ms. Cox has a background that includes clinical experience working as a Behavioral Specialist with families with CSHCN in the home and in day treatment facilities. She also has experience coordinating statewide systems for adults and children experiencing psychiatric crises. Ms. Cox earned both her Bachelors of Science and Master’s Degrees in Social Work from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and earned her Masters of Public Health in Maternal and Child Health Epidemiology from the University of Minnesota.
