Lisa N. Zingman, MSPH is a Policy Coordinator in the Office of Adolescent Health with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. She serves as special assistant, advisor on policy issues, and manager of special projects for the Director and Senior Leadership. Ms. Zingman oversees contractors, consultants, and federal partners to plan and execute events to inform the office’s strategic planning including an expert panel on adolescent health and a series of workshops using design thinking and human-centered design methods. She also coordinates office partnerships. Prior to joining OAH, Ms. Zingman was as an Associate Analyst at Abt Associates where she worked on project management of large federal qualitative and quantitative program evaluations. The evaluations covered a variety of topics such as teen pregnancy prevention, training low-income adults for careers in healthcare, nutrition, and financial literacy. Ms. Zingman has a Master of Science in Public Health in Health Policy from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She obtained her B.A. in Community Health and Sociology from Tufts University.
