Mr. Tom is the Project Manager for Digital Infuzion. Digital Infuzion is the government contractor supporting the Division of State and Community Health (DSCH) in the development of the new Title V Information System. Mr. Tom was a key player in the development and support of the old TVIS from 2006-2014. His historical knowledge of the old TVIS and the Electronic Handbooks (EHBs) have played a major role in the development of requirements for the new TVIS.
