Elise is a second year Master of Public Health student in Nutritional Sciences at the University of Michigan. Her academic interests include understanding how food accessibility acts as a social determinant of health, the contribution of nutrition to early childhood growth and health, and the role of the family in eating. She completed her undergraduate degree at Indiana University Bloomington in Community Health with a minor in Nutrition. After graduation, she hopes to work in public health nutrition as a dietician.
