Jaime Comella, MPH is the Rhode Island Department of Health Maternal and Child Health Program Manager and the Title V Coordinator. She earned a BA from Colby College and Masters in Public Health from Tulane University School for Public Health and Tropical Medicine. She has over 15 years of public health and social service experience in a variety of settings including the Peace Corps, an HIV/AIDS service organization, The Salvation Army, and the RIDOH. In a previous role at RIDOH, she was the Prevention Manager for the Center for HIV, Hepatitis, STDs, and TB.
