Sara Remington, MA is the Implementation Manager for the Maternal, Infant and Early Childhood Family Home Visiting program in RI. She supports implementation of MIECHV programs in RI. She oversees Healthy Families America, the largest MIECHV program in RI and also supports the Nurse-Family Partnership program. Sara leads many of the community-based Local Implementation Teams. Sara is also one of the team members that supports data entry and oversight of RI’s database, Efforts to Outcomes. Sara is also a CQI coach for the team and a member of the Oral Health Program’s Quality Improvement Advisory Board.
