Kaci Gaub-Bruno is a fourth-generation Montanan who has been working as the Lead Program Specialist for the Healthy Montana Families program since May 2016. Prior to working for HMF, Kaci had four years of home visiting experience with a total of 13 years working with children and families in Montana. She has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Forensic Psychology. She is currently the state’s lead for the First Years Initiative, which supplements the child welfare system with voluntary home visitors. Kaci works in depth with local sites to drive implementation forward, support innovation as well as continue sustainability for home visiting in Montana. When she is not working, Kaci is enjoying the beautiful Montana scenery with her husband, family and dogs.
