Michelle Eberle, MSLIS, is a Consultant for the Massachusetts Library System. She presents and hosts professional development workshops and webinars for public, school, academic, and special librarians. Michelle provides strategic planning consultation for libraries. She publishes the MLS Community Engagement Blog, which features creative ways librarians are connecting with their communities. Michelle formerly worked as the Health Literacy & Community Engagement Coordinator for the National Network of Libraries of Medicine, New England Region. Her education includes a Masters in Library and Information Science from Simmons College, as well as a Bachelors in Social Work from Sacred Heart University. Michelle's professional interests include community engagement, strategic planning, advocacy, programming, reference and information services, grant writing, and health literacy.
