Phase 3 of the Requirements of Participation is right around the corner— are you and your team excited and ready to work on performance improvement projects (PIPs) required under the QAPI regulations? If not, this session will help you build rock-solid PIPs by using your facility data and trends to improve a process or system.

During this session, attendees will receive an overview of the requirements for PIPs under the QAPI regulations, learn to find and use facility data to identify areas in need of a PIP, and learn how to build a quality-driven PIP that yields the desired results.
