Achieving the full Baldrige criteria is complex and requires a significant commitment, but also generates significant returns. Gold recipient organizations outperform their peers on almost every quality metric. Leaders of Gold organizations will tell you that the key to their success is the application of the Baldrige criteria. Applicants will learn how to best use key resources, including video series, sample applications, and past feedback reports. This session will provide an in-depth look at the requirements of the Baldrige criteria, the changes in the criteria, and an explanation of the scoring system.

Learning Objectives:

Apply the Baldrige criteria to their organization as a tool for improvement.
Compare the Baldrige criteria and scoring system to identify potential gaps between criteria demands and current organizational systems/processes.
Develop in-writing responses that meet the demands of the Silver criteria.
