John D. Dailey, CHC, NHA, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, has over 20 years of experience working in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities. Licensed as a Kentucky nursing home administrator in 1999, John spent several years serving as Vice President of Human Resources overseeing all HR functions for 1,600 skilled nursing facility employees in thirteen locations. He holds certifications as SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). In 2016, John earned his certification in healthcare compliance (CHC). In the past several years, John has designed and developed formal Compliance Programs for two different long-term care companies specializing in skilled nursing. John’s compliance experience has focused on plan development, training, and communication. Special areas of concentration include records management, contracts compliance, and billing auditing and monitoring. John currently serves as President of MAI, a long-term care management company.
