As dental education advances with new technologies, the challenge for many dental educators is to keep their course material current. This requires hours of planning, researching and course development. Harnessing the power of a community of oral health experts lends itself to the development of contemporary and novel content that has the potential to reflect best practices, evidence-based techniques and established teaching methods for new course material. In this workshop, participants will be introduced to a collaborative model that invites experts from a given oral health discipline to work together to create a set of novel teaching and learning modules.
