Inspired by a connection to the dental supply industry, this student/faculty team created a fun activity modeling the game show "The Price is Right". The goal is to teach dental students about clinical expenses with a specific focus on dental materials cost. At the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, students have a formal practice management course, which helps them understand how to run a practice in a cost-efficient and profitable way. This "Price is Right" game provides an informal and interactive addition to this course that helps consolidate their coursework in the curriculum. Today's session showcases our innovative teaching technique.
