Interprofessional collaboration can be integrated throughout the curriculum to prepare students for future roles. The dental hygiene paradigm concepts provide a framework for faculty to design collaboration activities. In this workshop, two practice models distinct to the discipline will be used as exemplars of how educators can collaborate across the curriculum to facilitate student understanding of the patient care plan as a primary care provider using a multidisciplinary approach. Participants will use critiques, facilitated discussion and construction time to envision how to collaboratively develop learning activities which infuse interprofessional collaboration building on the concepts across the curriculum.
