Roseman Possibilities Team (RPT), a student led organization, whose mission is to increase utilization of a collaborative educational model and satisfaction among students, administration and faculty with an emphasis on active learning, overall educational experience and management of time. Additionally, RPT facilitates the realization of the university's vision, to be "universally recognized as an innovative, transforming force in health care education, and as a vibrant, stimulating place to work and learn." Faculty utilize the data provided from the RPT and educational research projects to improve classroom interaction and satisfaction of both the learner and educator.

Learning Objectives:

• Define more effective methods of encouraging student feedback and participation.
• Demonstrate the application of student feedback in the collaboration and development of course materials that will have a more positive impact.
• Conduct their own Possibilities Team meetings at their home institutions.
