SESSION REQUIRES ADDITIONAL REGISTRATION ($). This course is a live symposium, featuring lectures and small group, hands on exercises in the techniques of musculoskeletal ultrasound relevant for the rheumatologist. This fundamentals level course will provide attendees with a thorough introduction to the use of musculoskeletal ultrasound in rheumatology, including a broad foundation in the anatomy and pathophysiology of the upper and lower extremity joints, as well as ultrasound guidance of aspirations, injections and biopsies. The course is designated for rheumatologists and rheumatology health professionals with a low or intermediate level of ultrasound experience.
