ACPM’s new Population Health Curriculum is built to equip preventive medicine physicians and other healthcare professionals with the skills and knowledge in population-level strategies to support health system transformation and create a culture of prevention. We’ll be launching this program at Prevention 2019 where an on-site institute will pilot the first two courses of this exciting new curriculum.
Institute attendees will learn to approach population health within their work settings, and how to screen and systematically address social determinants of health at the individual and system levels. Attendees for the program launch at Prevention 2019 will have the opportunity to provide in-person feedback with course faculty, and help shape the future of this new offering. CME/MOC credits will be provided, with further details to come.
