Vera Baranova is an architect at Payette, focusing on design and planning of laboratories for academic science. Merging design practice and academic research, she bridges analytical thinking with practical architectural solutions. Her projects include Amherst College Science Center, Northeastern University ISEC, and Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology. She has collaborated on publications for NESEA Magazine and the Façade Tectonics Institute. She has also presented at Lab Design Conference, Building Energy Boston, and BSA Building Enclosure Council. Vera holds a Masters of Architecture from Harvard Graduate School of Design and a Bachelor’s of Science in Architecture from University of Michigan.
