Mr. Max-Laurin Mueller is a 5th year dental student of the University of Freiburg in Germany and Research Fellow at the Skeletal Biology Research Center of the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard School of Dental Medicine in Boston, USA. His research is focused on 3D bioprinting and tissue engineering in hard and soft tissue, as well as studies in the field of Material Science. Driven by a deep interest in improving bone and tissue transplantation treatments, the major aim is to decrease donor site morbidity, by targeting novel pathways. He participates in the Biomedical Education Program (BMEP) as a research scholarship holder of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD).
