Bank of America Practice Solutions
David Miller is a Vice President and Regional Business Development Office for Bank of America Practice Solutions that is responsible for providing financing options to dentists in the New England market. Dave brings an analytical approach to the business of dentistry and puts an emphasis on data-driven decision making.
Dave has been working with dentists since 2010 when he started his career with Bank of America. In just over 5 years with the bank, Dave provided over $130,000,000 in financing to healthcare professionals in the New England Market.
Following that experience, Dave opened the Boston market for Carr Healthcare Realty, LLC where he represented dentists and other healthcare professionals in commercial real estate negotiations and site selection. During that time he gained invaluable experience about what makes a great location for a dental office, negotiating with landlords, as well as the critical steps to opening a new dental office.
Following that, Dave was the Director of Inside Sales for LendingClub Patient Financing. As an alternative to Care Credit, LendingClub specialized in financing implant cases and other large cosmetic procedures. While overseeing a team of 24 sales representatives and managers, Lending Club originated over $680,000,000 loans to patients and families in 2017. He helped practices across the country maximize their case acceptance rate by leveraging multiple patient financing companies and developing consistent case presentation protocol. He also gained invaluable experience regarding change management and how to build a winning culture within a team.
Dave rejoined the Bank of America team in March of 2018 and is excited to share what he’s learned with his clients that are becoming owners for the first time or looking to grow their current dental organization. Dave received a bachelor’s degree in business economics from The College of Wooster in Wooster, Ohio. He currently resides in South Boston with his wife.
