Interests include simulation education, interactive learning, and the education of multiple anesthesia topics including airway management, pediatric anesthesia, trauma anesthesia, and critical event management. Author of several published journal courses, Airway Management Chapter in the textbook Nurse Anesthesia by Nagelhout and Elisha, and one of the primary authors of "Critical Events in Anesthesia" published by the AANA. Currently practices clinical anesthesia as a CRNA at two major medical centers in an anesthesia team based model and in rural settings as an independent provider.
