Dr.Hirsch is a 1994 graduate of the University of Michigan-Flint/Hurley Medical Center Nurse Anesthesia program and earned a DNAP at the Virginia Commonwealth University. She is the Director of anesthesia services for the Carilion Clinic in Roanoke VA.
During her career, she has practiced in a variety of settings; ranging from solo CRNA rural practice facilities to Level I trauma centers. She has served as a member of the AANA Foundation Closed Claims Research Team since 2013.
