NMAAHC’s Visitor Services team gained ownership of NMAAHC’s Google Business, Trip Advisor, and Yelp Review pages on January 1, 2018. From January 1, 2018, to June 30, 2018, the Visitor Services team received 2,206 reviews and comment across all platforms. This panel will explore our visitors’ demographics, analyze comments, review trends, and interpret the data. Reviews, questions, and comments left across all platforms are interpreted daily. The interpretation of this data allows us to plan for future visitor engagement opportunities, accommodate our visitors who may not speak English and connect with visitors who may have comments or questions after their visit.
