Beyond the Digital Team is the follow up to our research, Structuring for Digital Success, a global survey of how GLAM organisations are working towards digital maturity. It highlighted the paucity of necessary skills and lack of a clear digital vision in the organisations surveyed. Importantly, it revealed that innovation is achieved by those that invest more in digital. However, it was clear that funding is woefully short of digital ambition, particularly in the US.
