As Head of Visitor Experience and Insights, Eric acts as a strategic partner to ensure strong audience-focused business outcomes at Mia. He leads the front-of-house Visitor Experience operations, as well as the design, execution, analysis and reporting of consumer research and insights. The Visitor Experience and Insights teams work together to help internal partners develop a comprehensive understanding of the consumer and visitor, to guide strategy and influence decision-making throughout the organization and rapidly implement audience-facing change.
