Director of Methodology and Practice
International Coalition of Sites of Conscience
Dina Bailey is the Director of Methodology and Practice for the International Coalition of Sites of Conscience. She is also the CEO of Mountain Top Vision, a consulting company that focuses on organizational transformation in the non-profit and educational sectors. She works with organizations to embrace strategic initiatives that lead to more diverse and inclusive communities. Dina was previously the Director of Educational Strategies for the National Center for Civil and Human Rights and the Director of Museum Experiences for the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center. Dina holds a Bachelor's in Middle and Secondary Education, a Master's in Anthropology of Development and Social Transformation, and a graduate certification in Museum Studies. She has been published in both the formal education and museum fields. Dina has proudly served on American Association for State and Local History Council, Association of African American Museums Board, Next Generation Men and Women Board, and American Alliance of Museums Education Committee. The focus of Dina's most recent work has centered on history, memory, legacy and how they all affect the future.
