Full arch rehabilitation with as little as 4 dental implants is a commonly accepted treatment in modern
dentistry. As more patients seek this treatment, cases with severe compromises of supporting alveolar
structures are being seen more often. In this lecture, the author presents techniques to overcome challenging
situations for full arch rehabilitation using the NeoArch concept. The author draws on his personal
experiences after having performed both the surgery and restoration for over 1,000 arches.
