From answering the telephone, to first meeting the patient in person, to acceptance of needed treatment and to completing the treatment, utilizing proper systems and customer service by the Team is the most important criteria in the success of a practice.
Patients need to feel comfortable with the Team and the Doctors to accept treatment and if proper systems are not utilized, there is confusion leading to poor case acceptance.
