This presentation will begin by identifying internal and external marketing strategies to attract new implant patients into the practice.
However it is not simply enough to attract new patients . The team must be well versed in consistently providing a unique exceptional experience for every new patient. This experience begins by the manner in which the telephone is answered and culminates in the patient signing consent for presented treatment and making a financial investment in their oral health.
The presentation will review the input each team member can contribute to a positive new patient experience which will provide the foundation for continued practice growth.
