To participate in any Insight Track activity, you must register for an AAE Member, Nonmember or Guest package. Registration fees are for the full conference. One-day and exhibits-only registrations are not available.

Registration packages will be refunded, less a $100 processing fee, if the AAE receives written notification of cancellation by January 4, 2019. The executive director will review refund requests made in writing after this date as a result of emergencies or other serious events.

The AAE is an ADA CERP Recognized Provider, a recognized provider in California (#2030), Florida (#PP0049). Programs of the AAE (#214682) are accepted by AGD for Fellowship/Mastership credit. ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry. The AAE designates this activity for up to 12.5 continuing education credits. Concerns or complaints about a CE provider may be directed to the provider or to the Commission for Continuing Education Provider Recognition at ada.org/cerp.
Portions of this AAE meeting may be photographed or audio/video recorded for various purposes, including reporting, promotion, archival, or sale and distribution. By registering, individuals agree that the AAE may photograph or record by audio/video their attendance and involvement in any portion of the meeting. Furthermore, individuals agree that the AAE may use these photographs and/or recordings without additional approval or permission.
