This paper examines how homeopathic society has grown in these thirty years in Japan. Homeopathy was introduced in Japan in the late 1990's. The homeopathic colleges were established and the graduates of the colleges opened their own clinics to practice homeopathy. The first ten years homeopathy were rapidly spread in Japan. However, things has changed. One trial about the homeopathic treatment happened in 2009. The next year, the Japanese council declared "Homeopathy is only a fake." Since then, the situation of homeopathy rapidly changed. The colleges and practitioners made some efforts from this situation. This paper traces over thirty years of homeopathy in Japan by dividing three generation from 1990's to 2019. The three generation have their own characteristics and especially I focus on the third generation that each practitioner has it's own ideas for the future of homeopathy in Japan. From my ethnographic data from 2007 to 2019, I examine how medicine is transmitted and recognized by the local people.
